Event Details

Please join The Women's Chapter for a very special breakfast in support of Women for Women International.

This event will feature a discussion with inspirational panelists Brita Fernandez Schmidt, Executive Director of Women for Women InternationalTrinny Woodall, fashion and make-over advisor and Founder of Trinny London and Whitney Bromberg Hawkings, Co-Founder of Flowerbx. The conversation will be driven by Claire CohenTelegraph Women Editor.

Our accomplished speakers will be talking about Fear and how to utilise it as a tool for success in 2018 and beyond. For the breakfast, Russell Ford, Executive Chef at The Marylebone will curate a deliciously healthy spread for our guests, complete with The Juicery juices, hosted in The Marylebone Rooms, a new and very stylish social gathering hub in the heart of London’s vibrant W1.

We are excited to be one of the first to stunning the exciting new spaces of The Marylebone Rooms which can be accessed directly via its own entrance off Bulstrode Street. Fireplaces, plush leather seating and statement artwork will provide the perfect backdrop for our inspirational gathering.

All profit from the ticket sales will be donated to Women for Women International with our aim being to sponsor at least 3 women through the charity’s 12 month programme, which equips women to earn money, regain their confidence and actively participate in communities.

The Work of Women for Women International

Since 1993, Women for Women International has helped more than 462,000 marginalised women in 8 countries affected by war and conflict. Through the programme, each woman will learn a marketable job skill, as well as receive business training to turn her chosen skill into a stable income. She will learn practical knowledge about her health, including reproductive health, stress management and the importance of good hygiene and nutrition so she can protect herself and her family from preventable disease. She also learns about her rights on key issues like voting, access to land, divorce, custody of her children and domestic abuse. Once women have completed the year-long training, Women for Women International continue to support their economic empowerment by connecting them to financial services, advanced business and vocational training, and support networks to increase their ability to earn, save, and access capital.
