About this event
Better Business Ecosystem Roundtable discussion.
Join Grant Hayward of OSEP and Robert Blinkhorn, COO of Wise Investment, and other local businesses in this, our third, Better Business Ecosystem Roundtable at Wise Investment.
Topic
We’d like to invite you to join us for an engaging discussion on “Maintaining Your Business’s Culture As You Grow.” Growth brings exciting opportunities—but it can also challenge the values, behaviours, and identity that make your business unique. This session will explore practical ways to protect and nurture your culture as you scale, sharing insights and experiences from like-minded business leaders. This will be a thought provoking and insightful session if you are either operating as a single person business and taking on a partner or a larger business looking to expand further.
Better Business
Increasingly, companies recognise that business success is more than just making profit, and the essential ingredients demand that businesses operate in new and evolving ways. It is vital for companies to have positive impacts on society and the environment, as well as the economy. People want to work for, buy from, supply to, and increasingly, invest in, businesses that operate in these ways. But how do business leaders achieve this? This isn’t about philanthropy, “giving back”, or just "doing some nice things” on the side. This is about creative, innovative and evolving business models.
The B4 Better Business Ecosystem is a great opportunity to meet and engage with like-minded local businesses to learn and share, and this roundtable is an ideal face to face forum to explore ways in which companies can, and are, doing “Better Business”.
