Michelle Harte, FCIPD

Founder of HR EsQue, Michelle Harte, is a passionate advocate for compassionate leadership:

“We spend too much time at work to go there feeling frustrated, stressed, and burned out. The transfer of those feelings through our behaviour impacts colleagues and clients.

I want to show managers that the ELEVATE Model can help leaders to hone their EQ and EI skills. A more compassionate leadership style can lead to improved performance, reduce absenteeism, and discourage toxic behaviours like presenteeism and overwork.”

Michelle is a passionate advocate for compassionate leadership. Through her work, she raises awareness of the issues that hamper performance and make work miserable. With the belief we spend too much time at work to feel frustrated, stressed and burned out. The transfer of those feelings through behaviour impacts citizens and clients too. Michelle offers workshops, exploration sessions, away days, leadership development, and management programmes as well as other bespoke activities. Always trying to add a compassionate leadership slant to any work she offers.
