Karen Landles, Behavioural Insight Director at Exterion Media, will be leading this seminar on behvaiour change and staff engagement for business sustainability programmes. The seminar will look at behaviour change theory with practical examples of successful behaviour change and staff engagement techniques in local organisations. The seminar will cover:
- Staff segmentation and behaviour change theory
- Practical tips on getting staff to change behaviours for a sustainability benefit
- How to apply the theory in a practical setting
There will also be the opportunity to hear from other organisations about the structures, schemes and techniques practiced and in place which have worked well or not worked so well.
Attendees will go away with techniques and insights which can make sustainability programmes work more effectively, faster, and more cost effectively.
