Is the location accessible?

The site is all on flat, so suitable for buggies, prams and wheelchairs. The tractor ride is only a short distance, so those that wish to walk with buggies etc. can do.

Is there free parking?

Yes, we have our own private car park, with ample spaces, all free of charge

Do you cater for dietary requirements?

Yes, our Breakfast with Santa menu caters for gluten free and vegetarian, any other dietary requirements, please contact christine@marshallsfarmshop.co.uk and we will try our best.

What is your refund policy?

All our tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable. Demand for this event is so high, so it's only fair on all customers to set this rule as those that lose out, might have booked something else as an alternative before you decide to cancel.
