The Levers of Sales LeadershipIdentifying the 4 “Levers” that every CEO and business leader should be pulling to increase the sales effectiveness of their organisationMost business leaders go through periods of frustration with their sales operations. However, investing in sales and business development can be an expensive, high-risk exercise, so, faced with so many moving parts, it can be hard to know where best to invest the time and the money to ensure the greatest impact on delivering increased revenues and improved profits.This session will focus on the most critical “levers” to pull : how to identify them, how to move them and how to lead your team through the impacts Will spent 15 years leading high-growth sales teams in some of the world’s most demanding technology organisations. For the next 15 years he owned and managed a number of his own companies, including four start-ups, three successful disposals and an equity partnership in a London PE firm. He now runs Sandler Training’s activities on the south coast where he indulges his passion for encouraging sales professionals and business leaders to discover and implement business methodologies that challenge and inspire.
