Rick Snyder has been speaking at the Helm since 2015. He is the founder and CEO of Invisible Edge, the author of Decisive Intuition and the co-founder of Straight Talk w/Af podcast. At Invisible Edge, he serves as a trusted advisor, mentor, and strategic partner and leads an executive coaching team that serves clients from a wide range of sectors, from Fortune 500 to fast-growth startups.

He speaks to businesses and organizations regularly and has been featured in Forbes, The Economist, Inc., CNBC, and Fast Company, as well as top business talk shows.

He has launched four businesses and combines that experience with over twenty-five years of studying human behavior to help create the optimal environment for his clients’ company cultures to thrive.
