In light of the growing emphasis on sustainable development in the corporate arena, the King’s Impact Investing Society is proud to be hosting two speakers who are champions of impact investing and corporate sustainability.

This event is aimed at providing the audience with insights into the world of impact investing, how organisations can incorporate sustainability into their operations, and pathways towards a career in sustainability/impact investing.

Speaker's Profile:


- Martin Rich -

Martin Rich is the Co-Founder and Executive Director of Future-Fit Foundation. Prior to co-founding Future-Fit Foundation, Martin spent 13 years in international investment banking on structured debt and derivative products at JP Morgan, HSBC, and UBS. Thereafter, he joined Social Finance where he focused on developing the investor base for impact investments and structuring products to link capital with demand.

Future-fit organisation is a non-profit organisation which seeks a future where everyone has the opportunity succeed. To realise its vision, the organisation works with leading companies such as The Body Shop and Grant Thornton to develop tools which help businesses integrate social and environmental values in their business model.

- Anna Marie-Wascher -

Anna Marie-Wascher is the CEO and founder of Flat World Partners. An experienced and successful investor herself, Anna used to serve as a Director at Cantor Fitzgerald after starting her career as a financial consultant with Accenture.

Flat World Partners is an investment advisory firm that works with a plethora of clients, ranging from family offices to institutional investors. With a sole focus on impact investments, Flat World Partners seek to merge its clients’ financial needs with social values by building impact portfolios which tailor to the individual needs of clients.

- Ellen Quigley -

Ellen Quigley is an appointee to the University of Cambridge Ethical Investment Working Group. While undertaking her PhD at Cambridge,she led Positive Investment Cambridge, a coalition of students, academics, and staff who worked to ensure that Cambridge University and its colleges engage in responsible, transparent, and accountable investment.
