Anita Izato is a Data Protection Specialist at Coolbet, an iGaming company based in Tallinn, Estonia. A key member of the Privacy team, she leads programs on data subject requests, third-party due diligence, and privacy training. Her work spans risk management, internal data protection compliance, and privacy control metrics. Formerly a litigation lawyer at Paul Erokoro & Co., Anita holds a Law degree from the University of the Gambia and an MA in IT Law from the University of Tartu. She is a member of the IAPP, certified in both CIPP/E and CIPM.
