This is a 90-minute interactive group session led by Gospel Eadweardfilia, pharmacist, mentor, and founder of the Career Catalyst Collective™, a coaching and mentoring programme built for professionals who feel stuck, underseen, or unsure of their next move.

- Reflect privately on the moments you hold back
- Practise using your voice in a safe, judgment-free group (no pressure to speak)
- Get tools to help you speak up with more clarity and less fear in work, interviews, or meetings
