About this event

  • Event lasts 3 hours

It’s impossible to stop thinking altogether - and we wouldn’t want to. Thinking is essential. We need to think, reflect, understand, make decisions, and process our experiences. However, at times our thinking can become circular, negative, stuck, or unclear. We often overthink, finding it hard to ‘switch off,’ which can be both exhausting and unproductive.

Buddha’s teachings on the mind offer practical insights to help us remain balanced, calm, and clear - especially as we navigate the stress and constant stimulation of modern life.

In this course, KMC Kent’s Principal Teacher, James Baskerville, will share methods to develop greater clarity and experience genuine mental freedom.

Each session will include a talk, guided meditation, and time for Q&A.
