Event Details

Breaking The Silence: A play about identity, freedom and patriotism.

As a secret war of independence rages through the 1950s in French-controlled Cameroon, Sara, a young woman subjected to Colonial rule, struggles continually to strike a balance between her village traditions and her strong desire for educational equality for women.

We would love you to come and join us for an afternoon of trying out some new writing. The reading is free to attend and offers you the chance to provide feedback to the creative team after the show. Thank you for your booking.

Written by Clarisse M. Kye | Directed by Nathan Evans
