Why should I spend two hours on this?

Because pushing through isn’t sustainable anymore. This session helps you come home to yourself, to breathe, reset, and remember who you are beneath the busy. It’s not a break from life, it’s a return to your life with more ease.

Is this going to feel awkward or too spiritual for me?

Accepted Answer

This is energy work, but not the vague kind. It’s grounded, intuitive, and trauma-aware. I may use tools like cards or somatic cues if it feels right on the day,  but always with consent, intention, and zero pressure. This space isn’t about forcing beliefs, rules, or a “right way” to heal.

Are there any medical reasons I shouldn’t attend?

Accepted Answer

Yes, this session includes conscious connected breathwork. It’s not suitable for pregnancy, epilepsy, severe asthma, cardiovascular issues, or unmanaged mental health conditions. If unsure, check with your healthcare provider.
