Do you sometimes struggle with emotional eating ??
I know I certainly did... from 18-27 (nearly 10 years 😲) I struggled with emotional and binge eating. Afterwards I would be left feeling so ashamed, guilty and annoyed with myself.
The aim of this workshop is to help you reduce or change these unhelpful behaviors that may be getting in the way of your enjoyment of food and overall happiness.
I have found that regardless of our size, many of us can be very self-critical of our body, put ourselves down and feel bad about emotional eating.
This workshop is to help you over come this struggle. Particularly at this time when worry may be heightened, during the uncertainty which can cause more emotional or binge eating behaviors not to mention all the amazing Christmas food and drink around to add to the challenge.
Through working on myself, using the mindset coaching techniques you will experience on this workshop. I was able to break this self sabotage cycle and completely transform my relationship with food. Since then, over the past 3 years I have helped many others do the same.
On this workshop you will:
Understand why you have been sabotaging yourself in this way sometimes.
Discover how to start to re-wire to break the habit!
Experience mindset coaching techniques to start to change the relationship you have with food (and drink) and with yourself!!
