Join mindfulness teacher, sound practitioner and author, Elspeth Lewis, for a soothing, practical breathwork class held every fortnight.

This isn’t about intense or fast breathing techniques – it’s about slower, calming breathwork to help you settle your nervous system and reconnect with ease.

Whether you’re new to breathwork or returning to it, these sessions offer a gentle space to unwind, reset and breathe with intention.

🌿 What to Expect:Each session follows a calming rhythm:

Mindful Breathing – Start by simply noticing your breath, just as it is.

Conscious Breathing Exercises – Learn a variety of simple, slow-paced breath practices you can use anytime in daily life.

Mindful Movement with Breath – Gentle seated movements, guided by your breath to release tension.

Mantra Breathing – Pair your breath with a word or phrase to centre your attention.

Deep Rest with Sound – End with 15–20 minutes of relaxation supported by therapeutic sound. You’re welcome to remain seated or lie down on a mat for this nourishing rest.

🌼 Evidence-backed benefits include:

  • Reduced stress and anxiety
  • Improved sleep quality
  • Lowered blood pressure
  • Enhanced focus and lung function

This class is fully seated, though you're invited to lie down on a mat for the final rest segment if you wish.

If you're looking for a calming space to breathe, soften, and reconnect, these sessions are for you.

Come as you are. Breathe as you are. And discover the power of slowing down.

Your facilitator: Elspeth Lewis is a certified mindfulness teacher, sound practitioner and author, who is passionate about sharing stress reduction techniques with others.

She discovered the power of mindfulness and breathworks after experiencing the loss of both parents to terminal cancer and a divorce, within a short time-frame.

As a parent of teens (and also a dog and cat mum!) Elspeth knows that mindfulness, breathworks, and therapeutic sound are valuable ways to support with day-to-day life challenges, and can help us all to find more ease, calm and enjoyment.
