Join us for this free monthly weekday online breastfeeding workshop with breastfeeding support running once a month!
Our next session is on Saturday 11th October 2025 at 10am-11am and will be covering "Breastfeeding and Infant Sleep". We host our workshops/support sessions once a month with a different breastfeeding or parenting topic each month.
This session includes discussing and sharing expectations we have of infant sleep versus the reality, what can help to maximise sleep for each family, sleep safety, changes we could make and where to get support and more.
This is a non - judgmental space dedicated to supporting parents (primarily mothers) in their breastfeeding journey. The group is moderated by trained breastfeeding supporters.
Online breastfeeding peer support provides a safe, accessible space for parents to share experiences, ask questions and receive support.
Created for Brent families but open to all families outside Brent seeking support.
