Description

Breastfeeding Norfolk invites you to a day with physician, author and leading voice in breastfeeding support and advocacy, Dr Jack Newman.

We are delighted that this study day will be jam-packed with information, evidence and experience regarding a whole host of breastfeeding related issues. Dr Newman will explode myths and fill in gaps, as he talks about breastfeeding attachment, weight gain, nappy output, jaundice, hypoglycemia, decreased milk supply and much more. No doubt, many of you will have questions and there will be a full session dedicated to Questions and Answers.

This event has been awarded 6 L Continuing Education Recognition Points (CERPs) for IBCLCs.

A full programme with details of each session will be available nearer to the date.

Ticket price includes coffee and refreshments throughout the day including lunch. Please contact the organisers with any special dietary requirements.

This event is recommended for IBCLCs, Paediatricans, GPs, Midwives, Maternity Staff, Health Visitors, Nurses, Students, Breastfeeding Peer Supporters, and any parents with a special interest in breastfeeding.

A creche will not be available. Babes in arms welcome.
