About this event

Let’s be honest—when was the last time you truly stopped to catch your breath?

If you’re constantly switched on… juggling decisions, leading people, holding it all together—this class is for you.

Join me for a 45-minute online Breath-Body-Mind (BBM) session designed especially for professional people who are feeling stretched, stressed, and just need a moment of calm.

Why this class?

You’re doing your best to lead, to care, to keep going—even when you’re running on empty. This is your chance to press pause, reset, and breathe again.

In just 45 minutes, you might expect to feel:

  • Calmer in your body
  • Clearer in your head
  • More grounded and ready to face whatever’s next

This isn’t about doing more—it’s about giving yourself what you actually need.

What to expect?

This isn’t a webinar or a talk. It’s an opportunity for you to learn practical techniques that you can use anytime.

BBM practices are easily learned, safe and evidence based mind-body techniques.

You’ll be guided through:

  • Breathing techniques
  • Gentle movement (nothing strenuous—we’re not doing yoga!)
  • Guided relaxation practices

All of which you can do from the comfort of your chair!

What is BBM (Breath-Body-Mind)?

BBM was developed by American doctors and psychiatrists Richard Brown and Patricia Gerbarg to support people dealing with real stress—whether from trauma, burnout, anxiety, or overwhelm.

It brings together ancient wisdom (like breath practices from yoga, qigong, martial arts) with modern neuroscience, to reconnect people with their whole-self. For more information about BBM, visit the website: www.breath-body-mind.com

About Me

Hi, I’m Christina Wyatt—an executive coach and certified Level 2 Breath-Body-Mind (BBM) teacher.

I work with senior leaders who are navigating high pressure, big responsibilities, and constant demands. And I know first-hand how easy it is to lose connection with yourself in the process.

That’s why I brought BBM into my life—and now into my work. These simple, powerful practices have helped me and the leaders I support find more calm, clarity, and resilience when the world around us is going 100 miles per hour!

I’ve designed these short 45-minute sessions to fit seamlessly into a busy day—while offering maximum benefit to help you start your day with ease and intention.

I’d love to share it with you.

Pay what you feel

I believe in making this work accessible. That’s why this class is offered on a pay-what-you-feel basis.
