The Breathe & Bond Nature Retreat offers a nourishing space to slow down, connect with yourself and others, and tap into the healing power of the natural world.
This gentle 3-hour experience is fully funded by The National Lottery Community Fund (Wales) and welcomes people of all backgrounds and abilities — no experience needed. Any children under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
