About this event
Join me for a special 2-hour breathwork session at The Wellbeing Space in Macclesfield on Tuesday, 28th October.
This is the perfect opportunity to reconnect with yourself, reduce stress, and experience a profound sense of clarity and calm – all through the power of your breath – in a beautiful, relaxing environment.
What is breathwork, and why should you try it?
Breathwork is more than just breathing – it’s a deeply therapeutic practice that uses your breath as a tool for healing, self-discovery, and transformation. By consciously connecting with your breath, you can:
✨ Release stored tension and stress from your body and mind.
✨ Boost your energy levels and improve your sleep.
✨ Gain clarity and insight into your life and emotions.
✨ Create mental space, increase awareness and connect with inner guidance.
✨ Feel more grounded, present and embodied.
✨ Release emotional blocks and stuck feelings, process trauma and past experiences.
✨ Access altered states of consciousness, deep peace, joy, relaxation and wellbeing.
Whether you’re seeking relaxation, clarity, or a powerful personal shift, this session can help you move from stress and tension to a state of flow, calm, and focus. No prior experience is necessary – just come with an open mind and a willingness to explore the power of your breath.

What to expect
Whether your aim is to reduce stress, gain clarity, or simply feel more grounded, this session is designed to meet you where you are and connect with the innate wisdom of your breath and body to guide you.
We'll begin with a welcome and introduction to the practice, and an invitation to set your intentions which will guide your journey.
The guided breathing practice will help you connect with your inner being to release tension and resistance and open up to new possibilities, while helping you relax and find inner calm.
There will be time at the end to share your experience with the group (if you’d like to), which can help deepen your connection to the practice and integrate your experience.
