What should I bring with me?

For your comfort, I recommend you bring an exercise/yoga mat, cushion, snuggly throw, water bottle to keep you hydrated, an eye mask if you like, a journal/notepad and pen to capture any thought or insights

Is there parking?

Yes there is fre parking on my drive or on the road outside the venue

Do I need to be experienced in meditation and reiki to attend?

No, all are welcome whether you are experienced or a novice ready to give it a try
