Breathe Before Bedtime

Join our in-person conscious connected breathwork session designed to help you let go of daily stress, reset your nervous system and create a powerful bedtime ritual.

In each class you’ll be guided through grounding intentions, a flowing breathwork practice to dissolve tension and integration prompts to anchor insights and prepare you for truly restorative sleep.

Suitable for beginners and experienced breathworkers alike, this class offers a supportive space to unwind, cultivate self-compassion and lighten your everyday burdens.
