Breathe & Bond | A Singles Wellness Event

This is a conscious slow connection event by Tailor Matched for singles who want to softly approach romantic connection from the playful heart-space.

Our community of singles are individuals who are seeking deep connection inside and outside of the bedroom, they are often playful, explorative and invested in personal development on an emotional, intellectual and sexual level.

Throughout this evening you can expect an exclusive quiet space for breath work, gentle embodied movement and mindfulness. We will flow through an evening of wellness and gentleness, setting the tone for dating differently in Autumn of 2025.

As professional matchmakers who bring singles together on deeper compatibility we have spotted a deep need to slow dating down and invite conversations that get beyond the surface. We also want to create a space that goes past the hard-fast approach to intimate connection.

This event is an alcohol-free evening for those who want breath into and feel into what a conscious community of singles looks like. You’ll be held warmly in the space by Tailor Matched’s CEO Sarah Louise Ryan, a leading dating and relationship expert and her expert team of conscious connectors (matchmaking events team).

Fizz, a heart-led wellbeing coach, will guide you through a series of deeply connecting exercises that will ground you into the space and ensure a feeling a warm and ease as you connect with others through mindfulness and breath.

The heartfelt exercises will begin from 1830 and draw to a close at 2000 where you will then be able to connect with others on a social level to see how connections unfold. We’ll have the space until 2045 and will offer all a warm tea as you navigate new conversations.

This event will take place in the heart of Hoxton, Shoreditch at a private studio.

You will be welcomed by the matchmaking team on arrival and we invite you to arrive from 1815 to check in and bring yourself to a mat of your choosing. You are welcome to bring your own mats should you wish for your own comfort.

Warm Fluffy Socks

A jumper or cosy coverup

A journal & pen

An open mind

We invite you to dress comfortably as you would for the likes of a breath work or yoga class, as we slow down movement you may want to keep warm.

We will do our best to manage the gender split on this evening. The event will be intimate and hopefully very connecting for you all. You do not have to have any experience in Yoga, Tantra, Breathwork or any sort of embodied movement. This is for those of all levels and will be inclusive.

On a dating note: we know that love favours the bold. We invite you to connect with those you feel drawn to on the evening conversationally. Should you feel that you’d like to explore the connection further, we invite you to exchange numbers on the evening. Each connection is only an invitation and we ensure to make everyone feel safe and connected.
