Receive the deep breath and trust your intuition to guide you to Aura Breath and the journey within.
This event will guide you through an active conscious connected breathwork to help you connect with your inner self and tune into an activated energetic force within your body. When talk therapy isn’t enough, dive deep into what your breath can unfold for you- whether you’re ready for a different way to heal or continuing on your path to meaningful and longer lasting change.
This breathwork approach uses gentle therapeutic touch and acupressure points along chakra and meridian points, somatic movement, powerful sound therapy and toning to safely open up the breath in formerly restricted areas of the body. Once stuck energy is unblocked and entrained at the physical and cellular level, the breath is integrated and serves as a gateway to deeper healing.
Create the space for whatever is ready to unfold or flow through. Whether you’re new to breathwork or deepening your journey, you are warmly welcomed to this women only group, offering a very high quality hands-on experience.

• Wear loose comfortable clothing, especially around the waist. Long pants & warm layers • Yoga mats and pillows provided, bring a shawl for added warmth • Eye mask or soft material to put over your eyes • Water bottle, pen & paper • Avoid a heavy meal 2 hours before the workshop (i.e. at light)

Hot beverage and light snack ( fresh/dried fruit) is provided between the two breath sessions. There are cafes nearby.
