Receive the deep breath and trust your intuition to guide you to Aura Breath and the journey within.

This event will guide you through an active conscious connected breathwork to help you connect with your inner self and tune into an activated energetic force within your body. When talk therapy isn’t enough, dive deep into what your breath can unfold for you- whether you’re ready for a different way to heal or continuing on your path to meaningful and longer lasting change.

This breathwork approach uses gentle therapeutic touch and acupressure points along chakra and meridian points, somatic movement, powerful sound therapy and toning to safely open up the breath in formerly restricted areas of the body. Once stuck energy is unblocked and entrained at the physical and cellular level, the breath is integrated and serves as a gateway to deeper healing.

Create the space for whatever is ready to unfold or flow through. Whether you’re new to breathwork or deepening your journey, you are warmly welcomed to this women only group, offering a very high quality hands-on experience.

What do I need to bring?

• Wear loose comfortable clothing, especially around the waist. Long pants & warm layers • Yoga mats and pillows provided, bring a shawl for added warmth • Eye mask or soft material to put over your eyes • Water bottle, pen & paper • Avoid a heavy meal 2 hours before the workshop (i.e. at light)

Is it safe for me to do a dynamic version of breathwork?

Although the breath practices taught are considered safe, you acknowledge that any and all physical activities carry inherent risks. If you have a medical condition that may affect your breath experience, please inform Davel on davelpatel@aurabreath.com

Is there food/snacks provided

Hot beverage and light snack ( fresh/dried fruit) is provided between the two breath sessions. There are cafes nearby.

I have a limited mobility for breathwork, can I still attend?

Davel is a trauma-informed and ethically compliant breathworker recognized by the Global Professional Breathworker Alliance (GBPA), the Founder and CEO of AURA BREATH. Davel has been a member of the British Register of Complementary Practitioners since 2019 and she currently sits on the Ethics Committee for the GBPA. She has specialized in three major breath modalities, offering an unparalleled depth and breadth of expertise including Transformational Breath® , Coherent Breath, Functional Breathwork, viewing Pranayama as the foundation of all major breathwork.

Davel is also a certified ‘Advanced Integrated Eye Movement’ Therapist, with the Association of Integrated Eye Movement Therapy (IEMT), trained in mental health first aid at work (MHFAW) and been a Reiki Practitioner since 2008.

Her approach goes deeper than positive thinking or sheer willpower. She works with the understanding that lasting change happens when we transform the root patterns in our nervous system, the very patterns that create our symptoms in the first place. This is why breath is central to everything she does. 'The breath never lies,' she explains.
