These sessions will guide you through the fundamental relaxation techniques such as breathwork, yoga, and Qigong which will help you manage the stresses of day-to-day life, calming and soothing your nervous system.
Utilising immersive headphone technology and calming binaural beats, with slow gentle movements and breathwork you will learn how to restore balance and calmness throughout the body and mind leaving you feeling truly alive and re-energised.
