Breathe in Breathe out is your wellness sanctuary. Sound a little woo woo? Let us explain.
You have your body, the physical. You probably go to the gym, a yoga class or similar to look after that. You have your mind, the mental. Maybe you have a therapist, or great friends to talk to that helps unload your thoughts.
Then, you have all those feelings that are rushing around inside your body, waves of emotion that you can't explain. And we all get ‘vibes’, which are energetic pulls that feels like gut instinct. That’s your inner self. Your spirituality.
Breathe in Breathe out is your sanctuary for looking after your spiritual wellness, and discovering how to nurture it.
What does the day look like?
Firstly we come together for a light breakfast! We have the chance to meet some new people and prepare ourselves for the day ahead.
Our first activity will be something movement based. Whether that’s Yoga, Pilates, some breath based movement exercises or similar. We are invigorating our bodies, stretching our limbs and inviting positive energy into the space around us.
(All abilities are welcome and catered for.)
From there we’ll dive into some restorative work, and by that we mean building up some skills and techniques to help you keep your spiritual self safe and sound when life can get a little tough. Think anxiety relief painting, self massage, learning about breath work and so on.
This will swiftly be followed by a confidence building workshop with founder Helen Scott. A Queen at raising others up and finding the power in positivity, we’ll learn how to find our voices, our inner strength and how to radiate from the inside out.
After a glorious plant based lunch we’ll dive into one of our favourite activities. A sound bath. No need to bring your cossies, a sound bath is a meditative experience where we’re “bathed” in sound waves. These waves are produced by gongs, singing bowls, percussion and so on and is one of the most incredible untapped self healing powers of the 21st century.
Lastly we’ll round up the day by discovering and creating our own Aura Sprays. Aromatherapeutic infusions of essential oils, crystals & Reiki. A highly charged formula, it instantly cleanses & rebuilds your energy field, or aura! A wonderful reminder and tool to take away from the experience.
And before you leave, a glass of bubbles for the road!

This is the perfect time where you can really look after you. A facemask is a lovely idea, but it doesn't quite cut it when trying to restore a lifetime of built up anxieties and stresses. This is an entire day, dedicated to your well being, looking after yourself not just physically but in the most deep and restorative way.
It might seem overwhelming, if you are a spiritual newbie, to imagine trying all of these new experiences at once. But our wonderfully open, calm and experienced teachers are there to open the door for you, and guide you through in a way that feels safe, fun and exciting. As well as that, you’ll not be alone! Immersed in an intimate group of people in a similar position to you, we’ll all be trying things for the first time together, and hope that you come away with a sense of belonging, and possibly some new friends!
