90-minute journey weaves together the best of modern and ancient breathwork practices, combining gentle somatic movement, nervous system balancing, and deep, music-driven transformation.
What You’ll Experience:

- Gentle somatic movement to awaken and settle your body
- Breathing techniques to regulate, energize, and soothe your nervous system (drawing from SOMA Breath, Holotropic-inspired, and somatic traditions)
- Time for deep presence: feel, release, and integrate whatever’s alive in you
- Closing rest, reflection, and optional sharing circle
