This unique evening brings together transformational breathwork, hypnosis to reframe and awaken self-love, and gentle Reiki energy healing in collaboration with Claire Mcgee.

Through soothing yet powerful practices, you’ll:

Do I need any experience with breathwork, hypnosis or Reiki to attend?

Not at all — this event is suitable for complete beginners as well as those who’ve tried these practices before. You’ll be gently guided through everything step by step

What should I bring with me?

Please bring a yoga mat, a cushion, and a blanket. A bottle of water is essential, and a journal can be helpful for jotting down any reflections afterwards. An eye mask can also help you go deeper into relaxation — but don’t worry if you don’t have one, as there will be some available on the night.

Is this event suitable for everyone?

Most people can safely enjoy breathwork, hypnosis and Reiki. However, this event is not suitable if you are pregnant, have epilepsy, unmanaged heart conditions, or severe mental health conditions (such as psychosis). If you’re unsure, please get in touch with Jo before booking.

What should I wear?

Wear something comfortable that allows you to relax, lie down, and breathe with ease. Many people like to bring warm socks and layers so they can stay cosy.

Will I be expected to share my personal experiences with the group?

Not at all — sharing is always optional. Some people find it helpful, but you are equally welcome to simply listen and take the experience in privately.

How many people will be there?

Spaces are limited to keep the group small, safe, and supportive. This ensures you receive a calm and nurturing environment for your journey.

What if I feel emotional during the session?

It’s very normal for emotions to surface when releasing stress and letting go. You’ll be fully supported throughout, and everything is held in a safe, non-judgmental space.

Do I need to sign anything before attending?

Yes — when booking your ticket, you’ll be asked to sign a short waiver confirming you understand the session and that you’re fit to take part.

Will there be parking at Oxford House?

Yes — there is limited parking available on-site and nearby on Cyril Street and surrounding areas. Arrive a little early to allow time to settle in.
