Welcome to a full day’s journey in learning to breathe into life health and happiness.

Participation is limited to offer you more hands-on, personal approach to improving your skills in all aspects of yoga which is a catalyst for excellent outcomes in all areas of your life.

  • Five habits to maintain correct breath control and increase stamina for physical exertion
  • An additional four breath exercises to increase energy, core strength and respiratory health

  • Daily and Weekly Plan to maintain quality breathing for a happier life.
