Welcome to a full day’s journey

in learning to breathe into life health and happiness.

Participation is limited to offer you more hands-on, personal approach to improving your skills in all aspects of yoga which is a catalyst for excellent outcomes in all areas of your life.

Participants

  • Certification for Yoga Enthusiasts, Yoga Teachers & Healthcare Practitioners.
  • Women and men of all ages and abilities can audit to improve their health.

In the workshop you learn:

  • Anatomy and Physiology of the respiratory system for physical awareness

  • Five habits to maintain correct breath control, and increase stamina for physical exercise
  • An additional four breath exercises to increase energy, core strength and respiratory health

  • Daily and Weekly Plan to maintain quality breathing for a happier life.
