Breathe into Menopause: A Conscious Connected 4 week Breathwork Journey
Overview
Breathe into Menopause/Perimenopause
Come join me for a transformative 4 week breath event where we will explore ways to navigate the journey of menopause and perimenopause with grace and ease using breathing techniques.
This is a space to pause, reconnect and release - a chance to meet yourself with compassion, tap into your inner wisdom and let go of what no longer serves you.
What to expect:
- A gentle introduction to Concious Connected Breathwork, a practice that uses the breath to support emotional realease, nervous system regulation and inner healing.
- Guided breathwork sessions tailored to the theme of Menopause and Perimenopause, including change, letting go and self trust.
- Time to ground, reflect and share (sharing is optional), held in a safe and supportive space with like minded individuals.
- These breathwork journeys invite you to breathe through the waves of change, soften resistance and reawaken the part of you that knows how to flow with life - not against it.
Whether you are in the midst of hot flushes, mood swings or deep inner transformation you are welcome here.
No experience needed. Just your whole self, your breath, a yoga mat (not essential), a cushion or pillow, a blanket, a glass of water and a willingness to explore. It sounds like a long list but all items we have in our home. You may wish to have a journal and pen to capture your experience after the event.
This online gathering will take place on Zoom, in the comfort of your own home. There will be opportunity to connect with other like minded souls going through a similar experience and learn practical tips to embrace this new phase of life and support yourself through the journey. RECOMMENDATION (for online sessions):
After each session, take some quiet time to integrate and ground before moving back into your evening. Journaling about your experience what you felt, noticed, or released can help you capture insights while they’re still fresh. Give yourself a little space to ground and reflect before you switch back into daily life.
A little bit about me:-
A few years ago I was in the throes of perimenopause, though I didn’t recognise it. I just knew something was shifting. Then, I found breathwork — or maybe breathwork found me. After one session, I was hooked. Week by week, I searched for ways to breathe, to release, to reconnect.
Through those sessions, I released so much and got to know myself more deeply than ever before. Two years later, I felt called to bring this practice to others and enrolled in a breathwork facilitator course. Fast forward another two years, and I’ve now graduated — something I’m deeply proud of.
I actually graduated in June 2025, and on a plane home from Italy, as I navigated the nervous system rollercoaster of travelling alone, filled with menopausal symptoms to boot, I realised just how powerfully the breath supports every aspect of the perimenopause and menopause journey.
And that’s when "Breathe into Menopause" was born.
I love this work. It is heart-opening, connecting, and humbling all at once and it’s an honour to share it with others walking their own path through change.
