This is a space to pause, reconnect and release - a chance to meet yourself with compassion, tap into your inner wisdom and let go of what no longer serves you.

What to expect:

  • A gentle introduction to Concious Connected Breathwork, a therapeutic practice that uses the breath to support emotional realease, nervous system regulation and inner healing.
  • A guided breathwork session tailored to the theme of Menopause, including change, letting go and self trust
  • Time to ground, reflect and share (sharing is optional), held in a safe and supportive space with like minded individuals.
  • This breathwork journey invites you to breathe through the waves of change, soften resistance and reawaken the part of you that knows how to flow with life - not against it.

Whether you are in the midst of hot flushes, mood swings or deep inner transformation you are welcome here.

No experience needed. Just bring yourself, your breath, a yoga mat and a willingness to explore. You may wish to bring a journal and pen to capture your experience after the event, the beautiful gardens will be open for you to integrate your journey.

This in-person gathering will take place at the Whirlow Spirituality Centre, located at the Chapel of the Holy Spirit. Connect with other like minded souls going through the same experience and learn practical tips to embrace this new phase of life. Don't miss out on this opportunity to embrace and celebrate this significant transition. Reserve your spot today!

RECCOMENDATION is to stay after the event with your fellow breathers to integrate, journal and grounding time. The event's garden will be open and the kettle will be on for an hour after the event.

Frequently asked questions

What is Conscious Connected Breathwork?

It’s a simple yet powerful breathing technique where you consciously connect your inhale and exhale in a gentle, circular rhythm. This opens up space for emotional release, nervous system regulation, and deep inner healing.

Do I need any experience with breathwork?

Not at all! This session is beginner-friendly. You’ll be guided every step of the way, and you can go at your own pace.

What might I experience during the session?

Everyone’s experience is different. You might feel physical sensations, emotions rising up, or a deep sense of calm. Some people feel energised, others feel tearful or peaceful — all responses are valid and welcome in the space.

Is it safe?

Yes, when facilitated properly and done within your own limits, it is safe. You’ll be invited to listen to your body and take breaks if needed. If you have a specific medical or mental health condition, feel free to reach out beforehand so I can support you appropriately.

What should I bring?

Bring: A yoga mat or something comfy to lie on. A blanket and cushion for comfort (these will be provided but feel free to bring your own). A water bottle. Optional: journal, eye mask, or anything that helps you feel safe and cosy

What should I wear?

Wear comfy clothes you can relax in. Layers are a good idea in case your temperature shifts during the session.

Can I come if I’m feeling emotional or going through a tough time?

Yes. Breathwork can be a beautiful support during emotional transitions. Just let me know if you'd like extra care or grounding during the session.

How long is the session?

The full session is 2 hours, including time to arrive, breathe, rest, and reflect or share (if you want to).
