Join me for a gentle yet powerful breathwork taster session designed to support women navigating the waves of perimenopause and menopause.
This is a space to pause, reconnect, and release — a chance to meet yourself with compassion, tap into your inner wisdom, and let go of what no longer serves you.
What to Expect
🌬️ Explore simple, effective breathing techniques to ease common symptoms such as anxiety, overwhelm, and sleep disturbance.
💫 Experience a gentle introduction to Breathwork — a powerful practice that supports emotional release, nervous system balance, and inner healing.
💗 Reflect and connect with like-minded women in a supportive, understanding space. (Sharing is always optional.)
This taster session invites you to soften resistance, find your flow, and reawaken the part of you that knows how to move through change with grace and ease.
Practical Details
🕤 When: Saturday Morning, 9.30 am – 10.30 am (UK time)
💻 Where: Online via Zoom – join from the comfort of your own home.

What you’ll need:
A yoga mat (not essential), a cushion or pillow, a blanket, a glass of water, and an open heart. You may also wish to have a journal nearby to capture reflections afterwards.
After the session, take a little time to ground and integrate before moving into your day. Journaling what you felt or noticed can help deepen your insights.
A Little About Me
A few years ago, I was in the midst of perimenopause — though I didn’t recognise it at the time. I just knew something was shifting. Then I found breathwork (or maybe it found me). One session was all it took — I was hooked.
Through breathwork, I released so much and reconnected with myself more deeply than ever before. Two years later, I felt called to train as a breathwork facilitator, and in June 2025, I proudly graduated.
Somewhere between the hot flushes, self-doubt, and the nervous system rollercoaster of travelling solo through Italy, I realised how powerfully the breath can support every aspect of this journey.
And that’s how Breathe into Menopause was born — from lived experience, curiosity, and a deep desire to help others breathe through change with compassion and self-trust.
