A gentle breathwork journey for women ready to soften, release, and come home to themselves.

You don’t have to keep holding it all together.

So many of us move through life with tension we barely notice — tight shoulders, shallow breath, a racing mind. Underneath it all, there’s often a quiet longing:

  • To pause.
  • To exhale.
  • To feel like yourself again.

Breathe & Let Go is a 90-minute guided breathwork session designed for women who are carrying a lot — emotionally, mentally, and physically. Whether you’re navigating stress, overwhelm, transition, or simply craving space to just be, this is your invitation to slow down and reconnect.

What to Expect

In this gentle, trauma-informed session, we’ll use conscious breath and body awareness to explore and release the deep patterns of tension held in the body. Working through the body’s natural pathways of release — inspired by the 7 belts of tension — we’ll create space for softening, clarity, and emotional flow.

You’ll be guided in a safe, nurturing environment where there’s nothing to fix or force — just a space to breathe, feel, and let go.

Through this session, you may experience:

  • A sense of emotional and physical release
  • Greater clarity and calm
  • Reconnection with your inner self
  • A deep feeling of rest, reset, and renewal

Whether you’re new to breathwork or returning to the practice, you are welcome here — exactly as you are.

Who It’s For

This session is especially supportive for women who:

  • Feel tense, anxious, or emotionally full
  • Are navigating change or transition
  • Long to reconnect with their body and inner rhythm
  • Need a soft space to just be held for a moment

You’ll be warmly held in a trauma-informed, women-centred space where everything you feel is welcome.
