How we breathe affects our mental, physical and emotional health. Your breath may be holding you back from feeling better!
Learn techniques to manage stress and anxiety. Move in mindful ways with qi gong and yoga inspired techniques and relax deeply to nourish your nervous system and your mind.
Bring your mat if you have one and if you wish, a small pillow or blanket for the cooler months.
Leave feeling lighter, brighter and connected with the community :)
