"Breathwork has changed my life in so many positive ways, that I love to share it with others.

These 1 hour sessions are designed to help you reduce stress, and increase your resilience and wellbeing. They are a more intimate gathering.

Breath is incredibly powerful, yet also simple and literally right under our noses. Breathing well is a learnt skill that can have profound effects on our physical, emotionally and mental health. When we learn to master our breath, we learn to master life.

Come and learn about the power of your Breath to bring relaxed aliveness to your Body, Mind & Soul.

Your Zoom link will be sent in a your confirmation e-mail, so look out for that arriving as soon as you have booked. Eventbrite sometimes sends separate e-mails about joining closer to the event, but that requires logging in with a password, so the simplest way is to save your confirmation e-mail.



Water bottle, mat, blanket, pillow and if you like more cushioning than a yoga mat, a thick blanket/sheepskin/sleeping bag to lie on, or you can sit in a relaxed position in a chair.

PAYMENT IS BY DONATION of £1-10. It's a beautiful thing that those who can afford to pay, can also support those who don't have the resources right now. Thank you. £1 is the Eventbrite minimum setting, but if you can't afford that get it touch with Deborah - no one will be turned away if there's space.
