About Donna

More than a decade ago, after experiencing a sustained period of grief Donna embarked on a journey of self discovery that began with meeting the breath in meditation. Since then Donna has immersed herself in a variety of healing modalities and experiences including functional breathwork, trauma informed breathwork, somatic trauma release, reiki healing, rapid transformational therapy and hypnosis.

With a desire to help others heal from the limitations that the life can throw our way through grief, loss, trauma and illness - Donna brings together her teaching and healing expertise to offer a unique full body, mind and spiritual journey through the gateway of the breath.

Whether you are struggling with sleep or struggling to take time for yourself out of your busy lifestyle, grieving the loss of a loved one or holding on to a challenging event or time in your life; Donna’s technique will allow you space to be held, be seen and be present with what is alive in you.
