The session is tailored individually. We use practices from different Breathwork modalities, guiding you to a healthier state of being.

The perfect starting place for you to connect to your body and empower your journey in wellbeing.

Use of modalities such as: pranayama/vedic practice, somatic, conscious, sufi, resonant, wim hof, holotropic, trauma led breath
