About this event
Last week in Ground & Center, we learned how grounding into safety and stability allows the mind to settle and the body to feel anchored. We discovered that focus begins with regulation—when the nervous system feels safe, presence becomes possible.
This week, we continue the journey with Week 2: Focus & Flow.
In this session, you’ll learn how to move from scattered attention into deep focus, and from focus into flow—a state where creativity, performance, and ease naturally emerge.
I’ll also share a personal story from my very first DJ lesson, where I spent three hours hyper-focused on mixing music. It reminded me that when we create safety in the body, hyper-focus and flow follow effortlessly.

ABOUT Delphine
Delphine is a Transformational Life Coach and certified SOMA Breath Advanced Breathwork Meditation instructor.
Delphine’s mission is to help her clients step into their power by connecting to their authentic selves and building resilience to stress caused by Life events using breathwork, meditation, music and movement as tools to overcome overwhelm, anxiety, depression and burnout.
