Looking for a calm, low-key way to meet others and get to know your surroundings? Join us for a gentle guided walk to Queen’s Park—designed with neurodivergent students in mind.

This isn’t just a walk—it’s a chance to:

  • Enjoy a peaceful stroll in a beautiful green space, with plenty of room to go at your own pace
  • Learn fun facts about the park’s history with a short-guided tour led by friendly staff
  • Support your wellbeing through time in nature—known to help with emotional regulation and stress relief
  • Spot local wildlife and connect with your surroundings in a sensory-friendly way
  • Meet other students in an informal, relaxed setting—no icebreakers, no pressure, just good company

Whether you're brand new to the area or simply looking for a breather between busy days, this is a gentle way to feel more grounded and connected—both to the place and to others.
