As summer begins to soften and the light subtly shifts, this is your moment to pause and breathe into your own quiet radiance.
You’re invited to a gently held breathwork experience designed to help you:
🌿 Reflect on the season just passed: what you’ve grown, what you’re ready to release🔥 Reconnect with the light you’ve dimmed or hidden to fit into spaces that no longer serve you💧 Gather your inner resources as you prepare for a new season of life, work, and self-care
We’ll explore supportive breath practices for day-to-day life, followed by a music-led breathwork journey, and quiet reflection time to help you feel rooted, renewed, and softly reconnected with the glow that is already yours.
This workshop is especially for you if:✨ You’ve felt overstimulated or scattered lately✨ You’re craving time to reset and re-centre✨ You’re ready to move into autumn with intention and self-trust
🧘♀️ No experience with breathwork is needed, just bring yourself, exactly as you are.
(You might like to bring a yoga mat, blanket, water and journal to support your session - be we have spares if you don't have them)

Frequently asked questions
Conscious Breath is a specific Breathwork technique that we use to connect with our highest, truest, wisest, and kindest self. We use it to shine a light on those parts of us which may be hidden or that we may have forgotten.
There are some contraindications to consider as this type of breath changes the chemistry of your blood, specifically the balance of oxygen and carbon dioxide, however this is not exclusive, there are modifications we can make if you have any health considerations.
The early stages of pregnancy or if you have an unstable pregnancy Schizophrenia, bipolar, or if you're taking anti-psychotic medications Epilepsy or a history of seizures Heart conditions, extremes of blood pressure, strokes or aneurysm (heart or brain) Glaucoma Recent abdominal surgery
Conscious Connected Breath is a particular technique which we will demonstrate to you in the session, but this is just one of many ways to breathe. There are modifications that can be made if you are not comfortable. At all times you are in control of your experience and well being.
