Between them Andrew Dunne and Juliet Russell have 45 years experience of holding transformational energy breathwork and vocal release to packed venues - to express our inner voice organically and in a safe space.

We will weave a variety of breathing methods with freestyle, guided vocals into a beautifully powerful collective sound using simple drones, guided visualisation and mantra.

Whilst we connect with the heart we will also sound to activate water with an option to share and taste - with iam from ‘Into the Wow’.

As we relax in this beautiful space, the evening will gently begin and end with sacred improvisations with Violin from Henry Isaac Bristow and vocals from Juliet Russell .

I first encountered therapeutic breathwork in 2009 and for me it was nothing short of life-changing. An unforgettable journey into the heart, I felt like I’d finally found a part of myself I’d been searching for all my life.

Till this day, its healing potential never ceases to amaze me and I consider breathwork to be the king of all bodywork modalities. It is the current of life itself, the foundational movement and organising principle of every aspect of our being. My classes and workshops are a journey into nurturing presence, the true self and union with your own inner teacher.
