I first encountered therapeutic breathwork in 2009 and for me it was nothing short of life-changing. An unforgettable journey into the heart, I felt like I’d finally found a part of myself I’d been searching for all my life.

Till this day, its healing potential never ceases to amaze me and I consider breathwork to be the king of all bodywork modalities. It is the current of life itself, the foundational movement and organising principle of every aspect of our being. My classes and workshops are a journey into nurturing presence, the true self and union with your own inner teacher.
