Welcome, I'm so happy to have you here.

Let's get you breathing right!

I have created this empowering workshop to get you using your breath to assist you in greater health ~ namely balancing out your nervous system, enhancing your digestion and to improve your sleep

This is the fundamental basic for true health of mind, body and spirit.

Why do you need this?

As result of 20th century living, many people are stressed out, anxious and lacking a true sense of peace and wellbeing in their mind and body. They tend to have a habit of breathing too fast and too shallow continually pushing their nervous system out of whack. The blood becomes more acidic and leaves the body prone to dis-ease. This can result in a lack of energy and lead to unhealthy cravings just to get you through the day.

What is this workshop about?

During this 3 hour workshop you will learn how breathing can assist you in achieving dynamically improved health and a greater balance in the body.

We will cover

* The history of breath and why it is fundamentally important to a healthy life.

* The science and physiology of breathing.

* How to train your body to create a positive habit of abdominal breathing.

* The 3 different categories of breath to use throughout the day to keep you in tip top condition.

* 6 breathing techniques that work to optimise your health.

* An breath test to measure the current state of your nervous system (optional).

After the workshop, you will be given home-play with 3 breathe along videos to use throughout the day to transform your health daily.

Anita Wisdom has been assisting people from all walks of life to release their limitations and emotional baggage so they can move forward with greater ease and create a life they truly desire. She offers monthly workshops both in person and online as well as 1-2-1 sessions. She is a mind calm meditation coach and also teaches Access Bars as a qualification, as well as offering intuitive advice to help people move forwards.
