The Day Retreat will be an opportunity for you to take a little Breathing Space for yourself. A self-compassion break. To meditate, to mindfully move to relax and just be for a day. A time to allow the mind to settle, to soothe the body and gain clarity and peace. A space to breathe from the stresses of life.
What you will get:
