Do you suffer from stress? Maybe that should read are you human?!

Joking aside, stress affects us all to lesser or greater degrees. One of the first things that is often affected when we are under pressure is our breathing.

In this 3 hour workshop you will learn how to connect with your breath - maybe for the first time - and to use it to help you in your daily life, whatever is going on around you.

By learning to become more aware of ourselves we become more able to be in control of how we respond in our relationships and to the world at large.

It’s time to let go of the stress that we can all carry and learn a few simple techniques that you can literally implement anywhere!
