Develop a breathing practise to help you feel calmer, live with a greater sense of purpose and improve health. This is for beginners.
About this event
Breathing is an essential part of our lives, yet for many of us it is an unconscious act that we have little control over. Breathe affects our health, sense of wellbeing, it can connect us to a deeper aspect of living life with meaning and purpose, it can affect our mental health. Improve our health and immune system’ and can allow us to perform at our full potential.
This is a 5-week course to explore Breathwork and develop your own breathwork practise. The course will be mostly practised based with plenty of time to discuss and learn from each other.
