Militia will be guiding us through a breathwork and somatics journey for the first 1.5 hours. Expect coming home to your breathe, body and inner guidance.

We'll move. Breathe and learn tools to regulate our nervous system, followed by a nourishing homemade brunch by the Home Culture crew.
