Step into a powerful healing space through the transformative practice of Conscious Connected Breathwork— a guided experience designed to help you reconnect with your body, release emotional blockages, and awaken your inner wisdom.

Led by an internationally certified 400-hour Breathwork Facilitator (Lily from Re-me Breathwork), this session offers a safe, grounded space to explore a meditative state, deep emotional and energetic release, supported by music, gentle guidance, and your own breath. The session will incorporate supportive music and pre-breathwork micro-exercises.

No prior experience is needed-just bring your

  • Blanket (comfort = key)
  • Water bottle
  • Journal + pen (for post-session insights)
  • An open mind, a willingness to feel, and your breath

It is recommended to eat 2 hours prior to the session.
